As a general guideline, the following fees would apply for service engagement:
Initial consultation: $350/hr + gst (Travel costs, incidentals etc. outside of B.C lower mainland are born to the client)
Buyer consultative services:

Flat fee is pre-paid retainer based upon your declared purchase budget value for a target property (adjustments will be made once final budget/property is determined), with residual 10% of *net sale value achieved below original list price payable upon subjects removal date. With Property Advisory Counsel, the incentive is truly to secure the best value possible for you - below original list price.
Services valid for 12 months, or target deal closing date, from commencement date of service engagement, whichever comes first.
Renewal engagement of services after 12 months (at 25% fee reduction) for subsequent year would apply if a target subject property had not become a firm deal ( subjects removal date ) within initial timeframe.
Each separate property target would entail a separate advisory fee.

Partial Buyer/Landlord/Institutional/Seller Advisory:

Landlord consultative services:
Flat fee retainer: $4500/8 hour day + gst Min. one day service engagement (Travel costs, incidentals etc. outside of B.C lower mainland are born to the client)
Seller consultative services:
Flat fee retainer: $4500/8 hour day + gst Min. one day service engagement (Travel costs, incidentals etc. outside of B.C lower mainland are born to the client)
* Net sale value refers to the value after credit adjustments have been made, before any legal costs, appraisal/inspection costs, broker/lender costs if any, land transfer tax etc., and any other buyer costs typical or atypical in a real estate transaction.
Property Advisory Counsel acts solely in a consultative/advisory role, at arms length, having full and absolute indemnity during, prior to, and/or after a sale, non sale, or consultative process, holding no representations, warranties, or guarantees either expressed or implied. Services are advisory and consultative in nature only. Many variables exist that would preclude a prospective buyer or seller from closing a transaction.
